The association of scientists in Organizational Renewal and Creativity Applied focuses on the development and challenges regarding organizations and the associated creativity. The primary aspects are qualitative research and action based research, with a cross disciplinary and problem based approach.
The aim of the group is to support and further develop an environment for scientific discoveries and reflections which, in collaboration with the private and public sector, can contribute both nationally and internationally, with constructive, critical and renewing scientific research regarding the subjects of organization, management and creativity.
The group’s academic interests covers a broad specter; from a practical, experimenting and curious approach to creativity and knowledge, to an almost addictive search for knowledge regarding management, learning and renewal within organizations. It is within the combination of these approaches that the group’s real potential is to be found; it is the internal and external collaborations that forge the ideal foundation to develop the scientific and practical aspects of all participating parties. To develop and change are our primary forces for action.
